Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched

We currently ship to the following regions:
Austria
- Carrier: Österreichische Post
- Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
- Cost: €10
Europe (excluding Austria) + Cyprus
- Carrier: Österreichische Post
- Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days
- Cost: €30
Ukraine
- Carrier: Nova Poshta
- Estimated delivery: 5–15 business days
- Cost: €25
United States & Canada
- Carrier: DHL Express
- Estimated delivery: 5–20 business days
- Cost: €50
3. Delivery Estimates
All delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary due to:
- Customs clearance procedures
- Public holidays in the destination country
- Carrier delays outside our control
We are not liable for delays caused by any of the above circumstances.
4. Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union (Ukraine, USA, Canada), customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over and cannot predict their amount.
5. Tracking
All shipments include tracking. Your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
6. Unsuccessful Delivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping costs for re-delivery will be charged to the customer.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or if your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your parcel, please contact us within 48 hours of the indicated delivery date:
