Product care
Care for the products made of silk twill
To preserve the vibrant colors and delicate fibers of your natural printed fabric, we highly recommend professional dry cleaning as the safest and most effective care method. However, if you prefer to wash the item at home, please carefully follow these extended guidelines:
- Washing: Always wash the garment in a generous volume of lukewarm water, ensuring the temperature strictly does not exceed 30°C (86°F). If using a washing machine, select the most delicate cycle available to guarantee minimal mechanical friction and agitation, which can stress the fibers.
- No Soaking: Strictly avoid pre-soaking the fabric. It is particularly crucial never to soak natural printed silk, as prolonged exposure to water can cause the delicate dyes to bleed, run, or lose their vibrancy.
- Detergents & Bleach: Use only mild detergents formulated for delicate fabrics. Under no circumstances should you use bleach or any harsh chemical treatments, as these will permanently damage both the structural integrity of the material and its print.
- Ironing: When ironing is necessary to remove creases, always set your iron to a low-temperature setting (often labeled as "silk" or "delicates"). For an extra layer of protection, it is best to iron the garment on the reverse side or place a clean pressing cloth between the iron and the printed fabric.
Care for the handbags
To keep your leather handbag in perfect condition, we recommend a simple but mindful care routine:
- Clean: Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth to remove daily dust. For deeper maintenance, use only specialized leather conditioners.
- Store: Stuff the interior with tissue paper to support its shape, and always keep it in a breathable dust bag when not in use.
- Protect: Shield the leather from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and moisture. If it gets wet, pat it dry with a smooth cloth and allow it to air dry naturally.
Care for the brooches
To ensure your brooch remains a beautiful and lasting accessory, we recommend following these essential care and storage guidelines:
- Wear with Care: Protect the piece from falls and sharp impacts. To prevent crushing or damaging the delicate components, avoid wearing the brooch under heavy outerwear.
- Avoid Liquids & Chemicals: Keep the brooch away from cosmetics, perfumes, and all other liquids, and never machine wash the item. If it accidentally gets wet, allow it to air dry naturally in a warm, well-ventilated room.
- Proper Storage: Always store the brooch fully straightened—do not bend or fold it. Keep it in its individual packaging and store it away from direct sunlight to preserve its condition.
Care for the jewelry
To keep your 14k yellow gold jewelry looking its best, we recommend this simple and consistent care routine:
- Clean: Regularly soak the item in warm water with a few drops of mild dish soap, then gently scrub it with a soft-bristled brush to remove any buildup.
- Protect: Always remove your jewelry before swimming, exercising, or handling harsh chemicals and lotions.
- Store: Keep the piece safely tucked away in a soft pouch or a lined jewelry box when not in use to prevent unwanted scratches.
