1. Right of Withdrawal

As a customer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing before the 14-day period expires by sending an email to litorelle.support@gmail.com with your order number and your intent to return.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • returned within 14 days of delivery
  • unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • in their original condition with all tags still attached
  • free from perfume, deodorant, or any other odour

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your expense.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are excluded from the right of return for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • all jewellery (necklaces, earrings, etc.)
  • all brooches

This exclusion applies in accordance with Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, which permits the exclusion of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Email litorelle.support@gmail.com with the subject line "Return – Order #[your order number]". Also include your full name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return.

We will respond within 3 business days with return instructions.

Please do not send any items back before receiving confirmation from us.

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot accept liability for parcels lost in return transit.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, a full refund of the item price will be issued to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving the return.

Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item sent, defective product).

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at litorelle.support@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, including a description and photos of the issue. In such cases, return shipping will be covered by us and we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.
